What You Will Need When You Go To The Courthouse:

$36 in cash
Proof of identity and age (Driver's License or Birth Certificate)
Parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 years old.
Divorce decree proving any prior marriage has been dissolved
If you are from out-of-state or do NOT have a driver's license, you will need your Social Security card and a photo ID.
Passport if you are from another counrty

You may appear separately or together before the County Clerk when applying for your marriage license.

The County Clerk's office is open Monday - Friday.
